An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows how energy efficient a property is by giving it a rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). The higher the rating the more energy efficient the property is and the lower the fuel bills will be.
You must get an EPC from an accredited assessor if you’re buying, selling or renting a property.
A property must be assessed before an EPC can be provided. As accredited assessors, we are fully qualified to carry out assessments and provide EPCs for all types of domestic properties.

Alternatively, if you’ve a got an account with us or would like to create one, you can log in or register to arrange an assessment through your account.
Our EPCs cost from £45 with prices varying for larger properties. You can contact us to discuss how much getting an EPC for your property will cost.
Depending on the size of the property, assessments can take around 30 minutes to carry out. After we have inspected your property, we will calculate the energy rating and produce the EPC.
EPCs are valid for 10 years and contain:
You can be fined if you don’t get an EPC when you’re selling or renting out a property.
